For options, our house breakfast vary from the traditional Costa Rican, to American and Continental. Our lunch and dinner menus include national and international dishes including the traditional Costa Rican "casado", as well as assorted salads, soups and delicious desserts. Children-sized portions and a children's menu are also available.

El Yugo Restaurant and Bar is our casual atmosphere eating area. Open for breakfast and lunch service, the open air setting allows you to enjoy the natural surroundings. Different species of birds and other widlife may often be spotted throughout the day on the surrounding trees.

La Carreta Restaurant is our semi-formal dining area which serves dinner and is also used during formal events.

The pool-side bar at Borinquen is divided in two sections, the wet bar by the pool and the Snack Bar area by the Hot Springs.

At the pool-side bar at Borinquen, you can enjoy fruit drinks, punches, and delicious cocktails while you dip in the pool or relax around the recreation areas.

Enjoy the most delicious snack foods at our tiki style open air snack bar located by the hot spring pools. Nachos, wings, and hearty sandwiches are just some of the few plates offered along with refreshing juice drinks and coctails from the pool-side wet bar.
